Montaris

Montaris is an adventure game with roguelike elements.

Instead of the genre-typical, descending deeper and deeper into a cave or a dungeon, in Montaris you climb up a big mountain.

From the calm deciduous forest starting, through the dark and dangerous coniferous forest, over the sunny and wide-open pastures to the snowy top of the mountain.

But of course it would be to easy without the different enemies waiting for you in each biome.

You can find a lot of different items to equip, you can extract mighty essences from items and herbs, and you can find forges all over the world to create also your own items.

Use your Skill Points to become a master swordsman, an elemental mage, or to summon you companions who fights on your side.

Tips:

• Each layer has the size of 3x3 screens, and contains always one entry and one exit/way-up
• Every 5 Layer there is a biome change
• Every 10 Layer there is a boss monster waiting for you

• Its recommended to play with both hands on the keyboard
• Every hotkey is displayed on the button
• W,A,S,D for walking
